What was Emerald Labs
Emerald Labs was a small applied AI research lab based in Seattle, Washington. The lab operated on a single thesis: that the most valuable AI products aren't broad horizontal tools, but narrow, deep systems built around specific, painful workflows.
Both products went from first principles to production. Research, product design, engineering, and go-to-market were handled entirely in-house. The lab has since wound down. This page is an archive of that work.
